They have been for millennia. God, on the other hand, reminds us that no matter how essential these things appear to be in our world, life is far broader than these things, and God wants us to believe that he will supply them when we trust in him.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prayer<\/p>\n<p>Father, please help me rein in my jealous and covetous heart. I know my hunger for goods makes me nervous and near-sighted in my faith. Give me a more wide picture of your Kingdom so I can use your benefits to serve others. In Jesus&#8217; precious name I pray.
