But we need humility, not so much because it&#8217;s a command (though that would be enough), but because we&#8217;ve &#8220;earned&#8221; it. Every year, there are a lot of moral, character, and spiritual failures that are really bad. Even on our best days, none of us are as holy as God. We&#8217;re not getting better as a culture; instead, we&#8217;re getting worse. We have &#8220;earned&#8221; the right to be humble before God. I accept that I wrecked everything you so graciously gave us, as well as my culture and the country in which I live. At this point, I sincerely request that you reassert yourself in our country in a visible manner.\u00a0 In Jesus&#8217;s precious name I pray.
