I don’t know about you, but when I have to make a hard choice, it’s not between good and bad. Most of the time, I know what’s good and what’s bad, especially when bad means evil. When I have to choose between good, better, and best, it’s hard for me. Usually, my love for God is stronger than my weaknesses, and I choose to do good instead of bad. But it’s hard for me to choose between good and best if I haven’t put myself in front of God’s word and given my heart to him in prayer. But I’m sure that a lot of what God would like to do through us today doesn’t happen because we’ve settled for good when he wants to lead us to best.<\/p>\n

I don’t know about you, but when I have to make a hard choice, it’s not between good and bad. Most of the time, I know what’s good and what’s bad, especially when bad means evil. When I have to choose between good, better, and best, it’s hard for me. Usually, my love for God is stronger than my weaknesses, and I choose to do good instead of bad. But it’s hard for me to choose between good and best if I haven’t put myself in front of God’s word and given my heart to him in prayer. But I’m sure that a lot of what God would like to do through us today doesn’t happen because we’ve settled for good when he wants to lead us to best.<\/p>\n

Prayer<\/p>\n

You are merciful and magnificent. Teach me your ways and fill me with your heart so that I may not just love you but also appreciate and obey your will. I ask that you guide my day so that I can fulfill your will at work, in my relationships with my loved ones and friends, and especially in front of those who have yet to accept Christ as their Savior.
