The person who matters most to him is not the one who wants to be famous and have a high status. Like Jesus, the most important person is willing to give up rank, status, and importance to serve. For Jesus, being last means being first in service and in God&#8217;s eyes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thought<\/p>\n<p>Last? No one wants to be the last one. It&#8217;s hard enough for us to settle for second place, let alone last. Jesus turns the order around. How am I ever going to be able to repay you for your kindness and grace? Help me to treat people nicely and with grace. Give me the ability to see people as you do, valuing and treating each person with the same respect that Jesus does. I offer my prayers in the name of the Lord Jesus, who washed the feet of his disciples. In Jesus&#8217;s precious name I pray.
