We have both spiritual actuality and earthly reality in Jesus. In Jesus, God took on human form so that we can become one with him. What we discover in Jesus is what is genuine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thought<\/p>\n<p>The dazzling faiths all around the Colossian Christians may seem wonderful and may better match their ideal lifestyle, but Paul reminds them that these religions are merely a shadow of what God provides us in Jesus. We have both spiritual actuality and earthly reality in Jesus. In Jesus, God took on human form so that we can become one with him. What we discover in Jesus is what is genuine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prayer<\/p>\n<p>Lord, help me to focus so I can follow your Son with all of my heart. There are a ton of different religious viewpoints out there, but I also know that only Jesus was able to demonstrate to me how much you love me by giving his life in order to deliver me from sin and death. Not only do I want to believe in him and obey him, but I also want to mold my character after his.In the name of the only true Savior, Jesus Christ, I pray.
