God sent Moses when the Israelites asked for help in Egypt (cf. Exodus 3). God also sent Jesus because people all over the world were crying out for freedom from the evil prince of darkness. Our new world, which we call the Kingdom, is built on love\u2014the selfless love of a Savior who not only defeated death for us, but also gave up his own life to do it. Jesus is not only our rescuer (he saves us FROM something), but also our Savior (he saves us FOR something).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thought<\/p>\n<p>God doesn&#8217;t just listen to our pleas for help; he also sends a strong Deliverer!
